  • Let’s say my lease ends in May. When should I start looking for a home to buy?

    We recommend starting the preapproval process a few months ahead of time—so in this case, that would be February. This gives you time to get the financial details handled and secure pre-approval so we can find the perfect place. We never want our clients to be pushed into a position to go month to month with a lease or settle for a house they don’t absolutely love just because of time constraints. In short, start early and you’ll eliminate a ton of stress!

  • I want to buy my first home, but I don’t even know where to start.

    We get it! Home buying can be scary. That’s why we’re here! One of our agents would seriously love to meet you for a drink or a bite to eat and discuss the entire process. We are happy to answer any questions that you could possibly have—we promise, no question is too simple.

  • Do you have a lender or title attorney you would recommend?

  • Can you tell me how much my house is worth?

    Sure can! One of our agents would be happy to meet you, check out your home, and run a CMA (comparative market analysis) on your house to give you our best estimation of what your house is worth. From there, we can discuss the best way to get you the most money for your house, as well as help you find the next perfect place to call home.
